Pacific Musicworks summer garden series

When renaissance painters wanted to depict heaven on earth, they usually depicted a garden . . . and musicians.  Pacific Musicworks invites you to experience the real thing this summer, in a series of three Sunday afternoon concerts. At each of three notable private gardens in Seattle, PMW music director Stephen Stubbs will accompany guest artists like counter-tenor Matthew White, tenor Ross Hauck, and soprano Terri Richter together with baroque favorites Maxine Eilander, harp and Tekla Cunningham, violin in the kind of music that Veronese’s and Watteau’s courtiers reveled in. Join them!

The first event is this Sunday, June 20th, at 4:30pm with other performances on July 18 and August 29. Series tickets are $125, singles $50 (wine and light supper included). Call 206-601-5424 or email info@pacificmusicworks.org today.  Visit http://www.pacificmusicworks.org/ for more information.
